Letter from the Founder and Director:

Thank you for your interest in Strong Women, Strong Girls! The 2007-2008 program year is proving to be a very exciting time for SWSG. Currently, Strong Women, Strong Girls is serving more girls than ever before, with 250 girls participating in Boston and 150 girls in Pittsburgh. Over the next several years, SWSG is looking to continue to expand within the cities it already serves, as well as scale to several new locations.

Strong Women, Strong Girls is using the 2007-2008 program year to focus on deepening programming. Specifically, SWSG is working to set in place additional measures to connect with participating schools, train volunteers, evaluate programming and engage parents so as to ensure the best possible programming for the girls involved. Such initiatives will enable Strong Women, Strong Girls to improve its current programming while laying the foundation for future growth and expansion!
